FREEDOM TO ME

I was born without having a choice on the date, i had no choice over the selection of my name or where i did my schooling, but after that my opinions took over!My education consisted of subjects that i loved, I enjoy my job, I have lived my life pretty much how I want it with full support from my parents having allowed me to choose the freinds i hang out with, to the way i socialize and are open about the guys i hang out with, they know i love food, wine and sometimes a cigerette! So what does the word FREEDOM mean to me?Is it freedom of expressing thoughts and idea? is it the non-judgemental way of living? or is it the economic and personal independence?Freedom to me I think lies in the ability to make choices and to hold my head high and be responsible to whatever discisions i make and when I make mistakes I learn to accept it rather than blame.Yes, freedom has been taken for granted by a lot of us living in the 21st century, but i think if you carry your life with gusto and enthusiasm, and stand on your two feet with confidence and poise then we have learnt to enjoy the freedon that life offers us!
